Thank you for choosing to book with Klinakis Beach Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home. By making booking in our Hotel you are entering an agreement with us and you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed.

Please print and retain a copy of this Agreement for your records as it may occasionally be updated.

Selected at the time of making the booking includes accommodation and Continental breakfast except different orders. Including VAT.
By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorized to do so, on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions.
Klinakis Beach Hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold breaks at any time. The price of your chosen break will be confirmed when you’re booking is made and, with the exception of any errors, we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised and confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error.
Taxes: All prices include VAT tax.
On receipt of written confirmation the prices quoted and confirmed in writing by the Hotel remain fixed. In case of the Government rates of taxation and/or duty such as VAT, or currency for which we reserve the right to increase or decrease the confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error without prior notice.
Payment Methods we accept:
· Bank transfer in Eurobank.gr at IBAN: GR6102602870000480201085254 name: Κleinaki Ο.Ε Bank transfer is accepted only prior to arrival.
· PayPal account at firstname.lastname@example.org
· Cash (only euro) (Payment in other currency is not acceptable.) Payment in cash should be made on arrival. We should mention that Cash transactions cannot exceed EUR 300, due to national regulations.
· Credit or debit card details will be required when you make your booking. and most major credit and debit cards (We do not accept some credit/debit cards so please ask if your card is acceptable) All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply to the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction
We must mention that Checks are not acceptable.
See our cancellation policy for charges that may be taken. In some instances, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. If this is the case you will be advised during the booking process and is usually for special offers and packages and your card will be charged
Opening hours: Our reception is open from 07:00 until 23:00.
Check-in: Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call or a mail on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
If you wish to arrive earlier you are welcome to do it,you may drop off your bags in our storage room and when your room is ready you can make the check-in. If you wish to check-in to the hotel out of the opening hours, please inform us in advance, prior your arrival.
Late arrival procedure Please ensure you contact us no later than 11:00 to let us know if you will be arriving later than 22:00. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the front desk closed and the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card.
Check-Out: Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure which will include any additional services you may have used during your stay.
If for any reasons your check –out is before 07:30 please arrange your payment the previous day in reception’s working hours.
Late Check –out policy can be arranged only at the hotel
12:00 - 18:00, with an extra charge of 50% of daily rate (only if there is availability, ask receptionist)
18:01 - 21:00, 100% with an extra charge of daily rate (only if there is availability, ask receptionist)
Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:30.
Booking throw Klinakishotel.gr, Booking.com, and Expedia.com you get free Buffet breakfast, Greek breakfast, Vegetarians.
There is also available, free, upon request, Special Dietary and in package in case you need to have an early excursion.
We welcome children all ages. Also, we can accommodate your baby. Book a baby cot free of charge. (Only if there is availability).
Well-behaved pets are permitted only by prior arrangement and if there is availability in specific rooms. Guests can arrange to bring pets by the booking time.
Available in some public areas: Free Wi-Fi
Parking: There is an open free public parking around the hotel. Klinakis Beach Hotel is not responsible at any ways for the insurance of your car/bike/bicycle.
Cleaning hours: Daily cleaning with exceptional of Sunday’s
Change of clothing: Towels every day and clothing every 2nd.
Cooking in rooms is not allowed as they can leave smells and can cause troubles. If food or drinks comes into contact with bedding you will be charged. We accept that sandwiches and drinks can be consumed in the rooms but care should be taken to avoid spillage etc. This is non-negotiable.
You are responsible and liable for any damage to the accommodation or its contents.
If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please inform Reservations to advise us so that we can make provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise you if we are unable to make such provision. If details are not provided to us at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking should it be unable to make appropriate provision for a specific need or needs.
Tourist attractions: To avoid disappointment you should check the seasonal and/or daily opening times of any tourist attractions prior to travelling to the hotel or the attraction concerned.
Confirmation of bookings
When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email email@example.com Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel. All bookings by email are confirmed by email.
You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact Klinakis Beach Hotel immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete at firstname.lastname@example.org
Klinakishotel.gr will only impose charges for Hotel room reservation(s) and some extras as flowers, airport transfers. Other expenses incurred by you are payable directly to the Hotel. For instance, you are required to pay directly to the Hotel for any extras such as food and beverages consumed room services, rental expense, extra flowers, rent a car, mini bar expenditures, tour tickets, newspapers, or other .
We reserve the right to change, amend or alter prices or any conditions stated here in from time to time or without prior notice.
All additional or special requests are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the provision for special requests. Any additional requests made should be prior to your arrival at the hotel, giving reasonable advance notice by email to email@example.com
You can make modifications/changes to your reservation by sending email to us. For all kind of modifications or changes of reservation request such as:

You are liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by Klinakishotel.gr and/or Hotels in respect to such modifications/changes of stay based on our current Cancellation and Refund Policies. Klinakishotel.gr shall not be liable in any way if you fail to secure previously reserved room rates.
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
· For reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee applies.
· For reservations cancelled from 29 to the third day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation amount applies.
· For reservations cancelled from 2 day of arrival and no shows, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total reservation amount.
· For reservations that you booked from offers and packages are non-refundable and the cancellation fee is 100% of the total reservation amount at any time.
If you need to cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible should this be acceptable
Failure to cancel in advance will result in charging your credit or debit card. Please check at the time of booking if you are unsure of any of our cancellation procedures.
We cannot be held responsible for cancelling your booking as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of our Booking Terms & Conditions, and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation.
If a guest or a member of your party behaves in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger, upset or distress to a third party or to hotel or guest property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to curtail the stay and request that the person(s) concerned leave the hotel. No refunds or return travel arrangements will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of such a curtailment.
Non-availability of Accommodation and Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that a hotel is unable to accommodate a confirmed reservation it may be necessary to offer an alternative of an equal or a superior standard. If at any time we need to make changes that will significantly affect your stay or we need to cancel your stay, we will tell you as soon as possible, offering a suitable alternative or we would refund all monies paid by you for the accommodation. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
This does not apply to minor changes or events during your stay, resulting from unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
The refund process could take up to four weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any insurance cover you have provides adequate cover for your needs and for the duration of your stay.
Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, your Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase), Credit Card and other necessary identification documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the Hotel. The Hotel will require you to sign the Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase). The Hotel WILL NOT accept you to check-in if the name on identification document and Credit Card DOES NOT match with the name on your Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase).
Hotelklinakis.gr WILL NOT accept any other Voucher except Hotelklinakis.gr's Voucher unless it is otherwise specified.
Circumstances beyond our control
We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include (but are not limited to) adverse weather conditions, fire, riot, war, wind, terrorist activity (or threat of such activity), industrial dispute, natural disaster, or injuries and death of an individual(s) through accidental circumstances unconnected with the hotel.
In case of water or electricity brakes the Klinakis Beach Hotel has not any responsibility.
By making a booking you are accepting responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid to the hotel owner or manager on demand. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made (together with our own and the other party's full legal costs) as a result of your actions.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay you should bring the problem or issue to the attention of the receptionist at the hotel as soon as possible so that all reasonable efforts can be made to rectify the situation. If, for any reason, the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction and you wish to make a complaint, you should put it in writing and send it to the General Manager at:

Third party suppliers, websites and viruses
Klinakis Beach Hotel cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of information about our hotel that may be found on third party websites. Neither are we responsible for the content or privacy policies of any third party websites that have links to or from Klinakis Beach Hotel website.
Attempts to interfere with the operation of our website, by whatever means, or any attempt to place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our website or server infrastructure is prohibited.
In the event of our website failing to operate, either in whole or in part, due to infections by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond reasonable control, we reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to prohibit usage of our site and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the site.
Elements of your break may include services supplied by third parties (for example tour tickets to local attractions, rent a car etc.). Such third party suppliers will usually have their own set of Terms and Conditions relating to the services they provide. You should consult any third party Terms and Conditions soon after making a booking if your break includes such items.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
Our liability to you
We accept liability for, and totally restricted to, services booked via the Klinakis Beach Hotel website in accordance with the Booking Terms & Conditions current at the time of booking. We cannot accept any other form of liability.
Accuracy of information on this website: Whereas we endeavor to ensure the information contained within this website is as accurate as possible, there will inevitably be instances where information may be incorrect or out of date. It is always advisable to check specific details that may be relevant to your booking prior to making that booking. For example, information relating to regional or local attractions is intended for your general information and any changes to such attractions or facilities are beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend or remove information at any time and do not accept responsibility for keeping copies of any amended or deleted information.
